Women's Ministry

"That all may come to know and enjoy God, His world and each other throughout Jesus Christ"

The same mission statement for Springhill Presbyterian Church is the same mission statement for the Women's Ministry. As we grow in this grace and knowledge, His life flows freely from us to touch all we come in contact with on a daily basis.

Women's Ministry is for reaching out with the love of Christ to non-believers and believers alike, encouraging women wherever God has called and placed us. As a woman understands who God is, she will  better understand who God created her to be and how she can be used to bring glory to His name. We are part of God's  work among the whole body of the church. We want to help women connect with one another in deep godly friendships so as to bear one another's burdens and care for each other.

If you are a woman then we encourage you to celebrate with us who God has designed you to be; a woman of faith! Our task is to relate in relevant ways to women in a changing world with the Good News of an unchanging God.

The Women's Ministry has a women's council, composed of three women, responsible for the planning of the years ministry/programs. Each program is to encourage spiritual growth and relationships for the purpose of touching lives and changing hearts. 

For 2012, the Council members are Joellyn Howell, Leah Bradbury and Terri Kelly.
